I’m Adam, a mortgage broker from Toronto who helps homeowners across Canada pay less for their homes over time.

Instead of focusing only on rates or quick approvals, I help clients build a mortgage strategy that supports their long-term financial goals. That can include refinancing, mortgage reviews, proactive renewal planning, and finding ways to reduce unnecessary interest.

Since 2018, I’ve helped homeowners across Canada restructure millions of dollars in mortgage and consumer debt — often uncovering opportunities that traditional renewal processes miss.

My business is fully remote, so there are no office visits, in-person meetings, or paper signing. Everything is handled online through a secure, streamlined process built for convenience.

These days, I work from my home office in Panama City, Panama — a long way from the Toronto winters I grew up with, and a lot closer to beaches on both the Pacific and Caribbean.
